As we tune into our own body's wisdom and tune out of the diet industry lives, we can live our most radiant, pleasurable and fulfilled lives. My name is Chanci dawn. I'm a non diet nutritionist embodiment and mindset coach. But most importantly, I'm a woman on a mission to grow a deeply connected and conscious relationship with food and my body. And I'm here inviting you to do the same. Let's go.

Chanci Dawn:

Hello, dear one. Today's episode is going to be really short and sweet. In fact, I think that this is probably one of the most important episodes I have recorded to date. I woke up today, just I wouldn't say that the emotion was heavy. It felt a little heavy in my body, like heavy on my shoulders, and a little bit of a tightness in my chest. But it's definitely not a heaviness of a burden. It's more of a heaviness that I really want people to get this. So this week was my first day, my first week working at a retreat center, where I'm their emotional wellness specialist, so their life coach on staff. And there's a common theme that I find whenever I new client comes to me and all of these clients at this beautiful retreat center I have such an honor of working at. And the common theme is shame. We are in a society that absolutely perpetuates this. Everywhere you look, you are told that you're not good enough that you're not doing good enough that you're not showing up enough that you're not leveling up enough that you're not enough. And we are carrying, I believe like as a human race, we are carrying a big, huge Santa Claus sized bag of shame. And shame gets you nowhere. So, dear one, if you are feeling anything, but love for yourself today, in this process of becoming an embodied eater, in this process of healing your relationship with food and your body. If you are carrying any guilt, any shame, any judgment, my call to you is to release it. Feel it, like we talked about right? We have to feel it to go through it, allow it to be there, get curious about it, and release it. If you really look into this shame is actually absolutely a consequence of your conditioning, the conditioning that you grew up with the conditioning of society, the conditioning of the diet industry, telling you that you're not enough. So question this when I tell you to like get curious about it. That's what I mean question, where are these lies coming from? Where did you start to even think that you weren't enough in the first place, if we are trying to improve our relationship to heal our relationship with food and our bodies, or if you're trying to grow in any other area in your life, eliminating shame, and coming from a place of deep, deep self love, and deep self worth, is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself. And this is hard. So this is why we want to be questioning these beliefs. I'm questioning this conditioning. Because when we can't become aware of it, when we can look at it and go, ah, that's where that came from. That's where that message came from. Then you can go back and you can really start to choose truth for yourself. You are whole you are so worthy of love, of joy, of pleasure of freedom. This is here for you it is your birthright. So move through the shame question the shame, love yourself in it right like this is part of to you feel shame, love yourself in the shame be like right I'm a human being having a human experience. But then choose to start thinking otherwise. Okay, my friend. That is all that I have for you today. And like I said, I believe that this is one of the most important In episodes I have recorded to date. Love yourself when and if you can't love yourself drop into that respect we always talk about here that is here for you respect and moving up to the love. Keep tuned in because we're going to talk more about this and many other things I love you have a beautiful rest of your week and we can take care
