I'm a non diet nutritionist embodiment and mindset coach. But most importantly, I'm a woman on a mission to grow a deeply connected and conscious relationship with food and my body. I am Chanci Dawn and I am sitting here completely not even really having a word for the emotion that I'm experiencing. My body just feels completely lit up. Like seriously, a mixture of excitement and honor and joy and nervousness. Like there's so many different emotions going on for me right now. Because tomorrow, which is actually your yesterday, because if you're listening to this on Thursday, when the show drops, it'll be your yesterday, Wednesday, the third, the doors are wide, officially open, like massively open with big welcome signs posted all over into the it tastes like freedom program. So I've been dropping it. You know, there's been a little

advertisement in every episode for the last couple of weeks. But tomorrow is the actual official blow the doors wide open day. And I am I'm just so honored. This program has been something that has been in the works for well over a decade, it has taken me so much of my personal journey to be able to heal my own relationship with food and my body. And then to be able to create a program and for you to be able to help you you do the same. And I am just I'm so like I moved to tears you guys, I moved to tears because this is my soul's desire. This is like my heart's journey, I do believe this is one of the main purposes I am put on this earth to do. So the fact that it's here, and the doors are open, and I'm just wanting to welcome you on inside. So this, this episode is just going to be a little bit about it. I don't have a script, I have nothing written down purely speaking from my heart would I feel that the program offers what it's here for what you'll experience in it and my entire vision for it. So when I'm thinking about creating a program to really help you heal your relationship with food in your body, there's three main components that I knew I needed to include. One was the coaching, okay, you are not an island, you are a pickle floating around in your pickle jar and you are not able to read the label on that jar because you're inside of it. And this is why I love coaching. And this is why I will always have a coach someone to be able to love my life as much as I do. Right? Have a passion for my healing as much as I do, to be able to look at that label, to be able to say, Hey, this is what's going on in a non biased in a loving and tender, compassionate way. Let's read the label. Let's look at what's going on. And let's investigate with compassion and curiosity. What do you need to move forward in your life to be able to come back to your wholeness and to be able to really thrive? This is my vision in the coaching. When you come to coach with me, my goal is for it to feel like a warm hug. I don't want you to ever feel challenged, you know, to the point where your nervous system is on overdrive and you want to run away. Yes, you will be challenged but you will be challenged in a way where you will feel embraced you'll feel cared for because you truly are I care about you. And as your coach, I want you to be able to come with your nervous system relaxed, to be able to be open to receiving what you need to come back to your wholeness. So coaching this is why I became a coach and I've coached on many different topics many different niches but This embodied eating this food and body freedom is by far my calling. I know it is, this is what I'm here for. And I love to coach women in it because when a woman heals her relationship with food and her body, her world is blown, right? Open, anything is possible. I really do believe that the way we do food is the way we do life. And this program is all about life. We do life here. So you can bring anything you want to, to coaching. I am here for it all. There's no shame, there's no judgment, everything is open, come here in a safe, rested, secure place to heal. Okay. First of all, when I say heal, I do not believe you are broken. You have wounds, you have traumas, you have things that have gone on, that have separated you from the wholeness, you are still that whole being you are still that whole woman. And through coaching, the healing is helping you come back to that wholeness. So the coaching that we are going to do in this program is going to be primarily group. And the reason why I want this is because I believe women need community, I have been a one on one coach for most of my career. But I'm also a teacher at heart. I used to be a teacher, classroom teacher, and I love to teach. And I believe that when we all come together as women to link arms together on a focused purpose forward, magical things happen. community really is magic. And women, we need a tribe, this is where we thrive, we are not meant to be islands. Okay. So yes, I am here to coach, but I'm going to coach you along with the other women, you will learn from each other, you will support each other. And one thing that's really neat is in a group coaching situation, you get coached on what's going on for you. But you also get to witness other people getting coached and the wisdom and the knowledge and the tools that you are going to be able to learn from that will blow your mind, I find that when I'm getting coached in a group, it's so much more powerful usually than one on one for me for that very reason. So the group is small, it's going to be at most 10 women, okay, and we already have women enrolled in it. So there's not 10 spots open. So if you want to definitely connect with me soon, okay. And well, you have to because actually doors close in two weeks here, but the group is small. And the reason I did this is because I want it to be big enough that we learn from each other, and there's enough support, but small enough that you feel like it's safe and intimate, okay, so that you can build this these relationships, and that you can feel safe to come and show up fully for your healing forward. My goal is that you will actually build long term relationships through this program, as you grow your relationship with yourself, you are going to grow it with other women who are doing the same. And we really are the sum of the five people we spend the most time with. This is truth, I see this time and time again. So I want to create this program of like minded women so that you have a tribe to grow with, so that you have women who you are growing together. Like how cool is that I just I just love that. So, so much. And I cannot wait to see the community that is meant to be the community that grows from this. So there we go. This program is about coaching. It's about community. And it's also a course I want the time that we spend together in our community coaching, in our in our video coaching on zoom as well as in the online coaching in our community on Facebook, I want that to really be reserved for coaching, to be able to support you as you apply all of the knowledge and the tools and the wisdom that you are learning. Okay, so the course component is going to be in your own private membership site, where you get to go and watch the videos of me teaching all the different things you need to learn along the way, in your own time and comfort. Now, I'm not going to be overwhelming you every single week with tons and tons of videos to watch. Absolutely no, this needs to be gentle and I want it to fit into your life not feel like something extra that you have to pile it on that you're completely overwhelmed by. I've been in courses like that before and it's so horrible. I never want to do that to you. So at most it's going to be an hour and a half to two hours a week of video watching. And many weeks it's going to be less than that, okay, but this is where you're gonna learn the tools, I'm going to teach them to you this way. And they're done in slides. So there's lots of visual stuff for you visual learners, there's audio for your audio learners. And then also, there's going to be a lot of application for you. Okay, so no matter how you learn, this course, really does meet you there. And this is the teacher in me, okay, I don't want to just give you audios. And then you'd be like, Oh, my gosh, I wish I had some videos, because that really helps my brain learn know, all of the needs are met. And along the way, if you feel like your needs aren't being met, I am here for you. So you just have to connect with me, let me know what they are. And I am again, keeping this group small enough that I want to be able to be here and meet your individual needs. So let's talk a little bit more about individual needs, you are going to not only get the group coaching, you will also get to one on one hour sessions with me. And these sessions are going to be deep diving into more of like, the deep personal stuff that maybe you're not comfortable sharing in the group. And that's okay, I want you to have that opportunity to be able to come to me privately. So that's available to you, and you get to book those in the beginning. And then near the end of the program. And if you feel like you need more support, there's always options to buy extra time with me, okay, so whatever you need, it is there you will be taken care of remember warm hug along the way. So when we're looking at the course, there are six modules that you will be able to work through. And each module will take about two weeks. So half of the time in the beginning, you're going to be learning all of the tools, and we're going to be applying them together and coaching on them. And then the second half of the program, many of you, I'm sure will want to revisit the videos to go deeper with them. But the second part is really that deep dive application. So there you go. This is what my heart sees this program to be. I'm not going to get into all the crazy nitty gritty details of every what every single module holds and is all about and all of that you don't need to know that.
